I was born and raised in Newfoundland, Canada, and completed my Bachelor of Arts Degree at Memorial University of Newfoundland.  My commitment and drive led me to develop a career in Sales Management where I led teams of up to 200 people for several sales organizations. But I discovered that my passion was really about helping the people with whom I worked, and so I moved into Human Resources - building teams, recruiting, advising, and implementing policy and procedure.

In 2005, I was diagnosed with Celiac disease, and started on my path to discovering the link between nutrition and wellness.  A cancer diagnosis in 2012 further developed my interest in a holistic approach to nutrition.  I began searching for ways to merge my passion for helping others with my interest in nutrition and wellness.

This search ultimately led to my enrollment with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City.  I graduated in 2014 with my diploma in Health Coaching.  In my work as a Holistic Health Coach, I help people gain control of their health and wellness and create happy and healthy lives for themselves.  I work both one on one with clients, and in small groups.

I took my passion for wellness a step further in 2014 and completed my Level 1 and 2 Reiki attunements, and my Master level in 2015.  With reiki, I deepened my ability to help clients attain and maintain their bodies' natural state of wellness.  In 2015 I began providing clients with Intuitive Feedback in conjunction with reiki, providing clients with a safe and non-judgemental space in which to heal.

I am a coach, group leader, presenter, workshop facilitator, retreat leader - but most of all, I am a healer.  To read what some clients have said about their work with me, click here.
